NOTE TO BRAD STROUF
Kudos to Brad on his neverending supply of comments. Be it here, on Erin's blog, or even on class of 1987's Gregg Novachek's blog, Brad is always around. By the way here's a link to Gregg's blog. Check it out. GREGG
So that being said, I would encourage Brad to start his own blog. Be it about life, school days, or recent busts, I think you would do well at it - even if your entries were sporadic.
Here's a little-known fact about Brad. Back in his pre-sobriety days, a heavily-intoxicated Kevin Dehne was once tackled to the ground and arrested by officers Brad Strouf and class of 1988's Erik Walters.
There's your first enrty.

Yes, keep the comments coming, to be sure.
"Catharsis" - anyone who is capable of using that word correctly is more than capable of sustaining a blog.
In all seriousness, I can tell you that putting some of your thoughts and memories in a blog can be very cleansing. I speak from experience. I am the type of person who can hold a grudge forever. Perhaps it's because I never forget anything. Because of that, it sits in my head. But after putting a lot of those memories (specifically the negative ones) into text, and posting them, some of those grudges disappeared. In a way, some of this stuff has been a sort of "healing process" - as goofy and cliched as it sounds. Funny thing is, I wasn't seeking any sort of healing, nor did I feel the need to heal. But I can't deny that a sort of "cleansing" has taken place.
Perhaps I should write about my wife's bitch of an aunt. Nah, no amount of words could ever cleanse me from that wicked soul.
Awesome. I'll add your link.
Well, Burt, you did it. You got me to abandon my lurker status and switch to commenter mode.
Thanks for the free pub in your entry today, and the link.
I saw the original version of this post at lunch today, and knew I'd have to say something, because you practically reached into my brain and pulled out my exact thoughts regarding Brad's presence on these blogs.
And I thought, if I'm going to post a comment, I might have to give myself a little shameless self-promotional plug as well, and list my blog.
Quite shocked to come home after work and find not only several comments in this post, but a blog of Brad's own already, and a link to mine. All within a few hours!
(you people that get to spend part of your workdays surfing and blogging make me wanna......go out and get a different job so I can do that, too!)
Brad's comments have been sometimes hilarious, often sarcastic and always entertaining. He'll do very well driving his own blog.
